Chapter President
Advice from Jolee Dillard
During recruitment, my biggest advice is to be yourself and trust in the Lord’s plan for you. This week may feel long and overwhelming at times, but it will pass by before you know it. Soak in every conversation, every new friendship, and every little moment because this season is so special. Remember that you are not just looking for a chapter to join, but a place that feels like home. A sisterhood that will love you, support you, challenge you, and help you grow into the woman you are intended to be. It can be easy to focus on making the perfect impression, but the best thing you can do is walk in as your true self. The women on the other side of the door are excited to meet you, hear your story, and celebrate who you are. Alpha Chi Omega has been one of the greatest blessings in my life, and I pray that every PNM finds a sisterhood that brings them the same joy, love, and belonging. Trust the process, trust the Lord, and know that your home away from home is waiting for you. I cannot wait to meet you!
VP Recruitment
Advice from Rylee Holubec
Take a deep breath and enjoy each moment of this experience. Recruitment is about getting to know incredible women, learning more about yourself, and discovering where you feel most at home. There’s no need to have all the answers on day one—just show up as your genuine self and let your personality shine. Stay present, keep an open heart, and trust that each conversation is meaningful in its own way. Wherever your journey leads, I hope you find a community that encourages you, celebrates you, and becomes a place where you can grow, serve others, and create memories that will last long after college!

VP Recruitment Information
Advice from Kori Corbin
To all of the real strong women out there who are just starting their college experience here at Tech, I pray that recruitment will serve as a comforting and uplifting first step! You will meet some of the most amazing women, grow friendships, and get to know yourself more than ever before. As you go through this recruitment process, I encourage you to embrace that opportunity for growth and to really think about what YOU want to have accomplished when you leave Louisiana Tech. All of my wins since being here at tech, big and small, could not have been possible without the support system I have surrounded myself with. These girls who I get to call my sisters see me, know me, and know how to support me, and it’s all because I listened to my instincts. While we love to have fun and stay active in our community, Greek life can give you so much more than that. If you find your home here, let it be because you see yourself in the strong women around you, and let us encourage you to become so much more!!
VP PR & Marketing
Advice from Mary Brou
Hey guys! I want to start by saying I cannot wait to meet all of you and wish everyone the best! If I could give you any advice it would be to of course always BE YOU, all we want to know is the real you. You do not need to feel like you are having to change yourself for anyone or anything! Being anxious and nervous is normal, but every single person recruiting you is just as nervous, trust me. We are gonna be just as nervous, maybe even more nervous then you! So have so much fun and come as you are and I promise you will be loved everywhere!

VP New Member Education
Advice from Baylee Broomfield
HI MY FUTURE NEW MEMBERS!! I absolutely cannot wait to get to know each and every one of you!! The best advice I could give is to think about your future. Don’t think about just the next four years of college, but the years after that too. Think about the kind of people you want to surround yourself with, the relationships you want to build, and, most importantly, the kind of person you want to become. Choose the place where you feel the most YOU!! Where you feel supported, seen, and just genuinely yourself. The right sisterhood will help shape you into a stronger, more confident version of yourself without changing who you are. GET EXCITED!! Don’t stress yourself out, you are perfect the way you are!!!
